Who is coaching for?

For people in positions of responsibility who need a confidential space to make sense of complex situations, reflect on their own patterns and define concrete next steps. Typical clients are founders, executives and individuals navigating growth or change.

What’s the difference between coaching and consulting?

In consulting we lean more on expert assessment, experience and concrete recommendations. In coaching, your own clarity, reflection and decision-making take center stage.

When sparring or advisory input is useful inside a coaching session, we make that explicit. But the focus stays on your concern, your development and how you put it into practice day to day.

How does a first conversation work?

In the first call we clarify your situation, what’s on your mind and whether coaching is the right lever right now. We also check together whether the personal fit feels right. Then we decide whether and in what format to work together.

How many sessions make sense?

It depends on the topic. Some can be addressed in a few intensive sessions, others benefit from longer accompaniment over several months. We start with a clear goal and regularly check whether the coaching is still creating impact.

Does coaching happen online or in person?

Coaching is mostly online. By arrangement, in-person sessions are possible in Berlin and Dresden.

Can coaching be booked through a company?

Yes. We work with both individuals and companies that want to enable coaching for executives or key people.

What does coaching cost?

Pricing on request. We discuss scope, format and investment individually in the first call — depending on whether you book privately or through your company, and which format makes sense for you.
