Antonia — psychologist with an eye for the whole picture and a head full of smart questions

Hi, I’m Antonia — psychologist and People expert with a strong sense for patterns, dynamics and what often sits below the surface. I see what drives people, and how organizations tick and where they get stuck. My thing? Recognizing the bigger picture and translating it into smart, workable solutions.

My path led me from clinical psychology straight into the fast world of startups. I’ve scaled organizations internationally, co-shaped structures, advised leadership teams and shaped company cultures — always with the aim of balancing efficiency and humanity. Over the years I’ve worked with many companies and people, observed and learned. That experience lets me find shortcuts today — to make processes leaner, decisions wiser and development more sustainable. But between scaling and strategy I noticed: if you only run, you lose sight of what matters. So I took a break, trained as a yoga teacher in India, and later went deep on resilience, stress management and meditation. Today running is my thinking space, nature my source of inspiration — and Vipassana meditation my way of exploring and training my mind.

In my work I combine analytical depth with strategic clarity. I offer an honest reflection space, decode limiting patterns and bring light into structures that hold growth back. Whether in companies or on a personal level — my mission is to create space for real development. I try to live by: your decisions today will define your tomorrow. Because only those who know themselves can become a better version — and ultimately feel content, happy and successful.

Christopher Diedrich

Hi, I’m Chris.

I bring together strategic consulting, operational People & Culture experience and a deep understanding of organizations — combined with a solid coaching practice. After stations in management consulting, I co-built the People & Culture team at HomeToGo and accompanied its growth from 70 to 700 employees through to IPO.

In those years I learned one thing: organizations don’t change through better concepts alone. What matters is whether people can actually clarify roles, make decisions, hold difficult conversations and carry new routines through their everyday work.

My own development has shaped me at least as much as my professional path. After my time in strategy consulting, I traded the tie for a backpack and went deep on meditation, yoga and self-reflection. For more than ten years, that practice has been a fixed part of my life — not as an end in itself, but as a way to cultivate clarity, presence and emotional stability.

Today both flow into my work: an eye for organization, structure and business reality — and the conviction that real change always also requires inner clarity, self-leadership and conscious communication.

As a coach, I work with many founders, executives and individuals who want to make sense of complex situations, understand their own patterns better and shape their effectiveness more consciously. My style is structured, direct and pragmatic — with space for what’s at work beneath the surface.
