§1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services of Grounded Growth — strategic People & Culture consulting and coaching for companies — toward companies, organizations and individuals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§2 Services
We offer strategic consulting and coaching with a focus on leadership, organizational development and People & Culture topics. Content, scope and objectives of the collaboration are agreed individually and laid down in a written offer or contract.
§3 Collaboration & participation
Our work depends on dialogue. We rely on a partnership-based collaboration and expect active participation from the client side. To enable this, you provide all relevant information in a timely and complete manner.
§4 Compensation
Our services are subject to a fee. The amount of compensation results from the individual offer. All prices are net of VAT. Invoices are due, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days of issue.
§5 Cancellations & rescheduling
Agreed appointments are binding. Free cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 48 hours before the start. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to invoice 50% of the agreed fee. For same-day cancellations 100%.
§6 Confidentiality
Trust is the foundation of our work. We treat all information that becomes known during the collaboration as strictly confidential. We expect the same from our clients.
§7 Data privacy
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection law. For details please see our privacy policy.
§8 Copyright
All content, documents, concepts and materials provided by us are protected by copyright and may not be passed on, published or reproduced without our written consent.
§9 Liability
We do not guarantee the occurrence of specific results. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded.
§10 Final provisions
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent legally permissible — the seat of our consultancy.
