Background & experience

Chris combines strategic consulting, operational People & Organization experience and a solid coaching practice. After stations in management consulting, he co-built the People & Culture team at HomeToGo and accompanied its growth from 70 to 700 employees through to IPO.

That experience shapes his coaching: Chris understands how role, organization, leadership, communication and personal patterns interact in day-to-day work. He works with many founders, executives and individuals who want to make sense of complex situations, recognize their own patterns and step into their role more consciously and effectively.

His long-standing meditation and yoga practice shapes his work — not as an end in itself, but as a foundation for inner clarity, emotional stability and conscious self-leadership.
